The hatchery stocked Lake One with trout the week of November 9, 2019.
Exclusively for Float Tubers
$25.00 for Four Hour Pass (7am to 11am or 11am to 3pm)
$40.00 for Eight Hour Pass
No Shore Fishing Allowed
Catch and Release Only - All Fish
Make a reservation by email:
Please include date, names of float tubers,
specify half-morning, half-afternoon or full day for each float tuber and contact phone number.
Also note that to reserve Lake One for a group you must have at least 10 full day float tubers
No half day passes are allowed.

"Float tube" means a floating device which suspends a single occupant in the water from the seat down and is not propelled by oars, paddles, wind (sail) or motors. You may not use a paddle to assist movement.Float Tubes must be Coast Guard approved. Only one person per tube. No other kind of apparatus is allowed.
Please use barbless hooks, Jigs, Lures and Plastics Only (NO Bait)
Fly rods are allowed.
Lake One is stocked with Trout, Bass, Bluegill and Catfish.
Catch and release only-- all fish.
Please strive for a clean release, particularly with trout as they are very sensitive to rough handling.
Float Tubers must abide by all other Jess Ranch Lakes rules
You must wear full chest waders and safety vest.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed while float tubing.
Two Float Tuber Minimum
You must have two or more float tubers in the lake at all times.
Clean up all trash or debris
Sign all indemnity forms for float tubing.
Keep a safe distance from other float tubers
Absolutely NO shore fishing is allowed.
Be courteous to your fellow anglers. No loud noise or talking.
When leaving the park, vehicles must stop at Ticket Office for inspection by staff.
Anyone caught stealing fish will be fined and charged.
Any angler caught violating the rules will be asked to leave immediately.
